The Company collects information as described below. We collect your information primarily for the purposes of creating your account, providing the Service to you, improving the Service, conducting research, contacting you and creating internal reports. We store information on servers located in Singapore and may store information on servers and equipment in other countries as well.

You may be able to take part in activities on our Sites or Apps that give you the opportunity to communicate and share information, including blogs, messaging or chatting, or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them.
We may record and store archives of these communications to protect the safety and well-being of our users and to protect the Company's rights in connection with the Service. You acknowledge and consent to the recording and storage of such communications for these purposes.
Mobile Platforms
When you use an App on a mobile platform, we may collect and record certain information such as your hardware type, unique device ID, international mobile equipment identity ("IMEI"), Media Access Control ("MAC") address, the version of your operating system, your device name, your telephone number, your email address, and your location (based on your IP address). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends. In addition, we may create a unique user ID number to track your use of our Service, which is stored in connection with your profile information.
Registration Information
An App may require you to create an account or profile within the Service in which you may be required to provide the following information: your age or birthday (for age screening and/or to better understand our users); your e-mail address; a password and other information that helps us confirm that it is you accessing your account.
You may be able to create a user profile that is visible to other App users. Your user profile may include: a profile image; one or more game username(s); and a user ID number that is created by us and used to identify your profile.
Facebook Connect, Game Center and Google+
In addition to being able to log into an App directly through the creation of an account or profile within the Service, you may also be able to log into a game using sign-in services ("SN Service") such as Facebook Connect, Apple's Game Center, Google+ or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name, email address, and other information. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities to your Facebook profile page to share with others within your network.
We may collect and record information through the SN Service in accordance with the policies and terms of that SN Service. The information we collect when you connect your user account to an SN Service may include: (1) your name, (2) your SN Service user identification number and/or user name, (3) locale, city, state and country, (4) sex, (5) birth date, (6) email address, (7) profile picture or its URL, and (8) the SN Service user identification numbers for your friends that are also connected to the Company's game(s).
Invite a Friend
You may be able to invite your contacts from an SN Service (such as your Facebook friends) to join you in the Company's games. We may use the contact information of such contacts for the purpose of sending communications to the address.
Customer Service
When you ask for assistance from our Customer Support team, we may collect and store the contact information you provide (generally your name and e-mail address), information about your gameplay or activity on the Service, and your username or user ID number. We may also store the correspondence and any information contained within.
Push Notifications
We may send push notifications to your mobile device to provide game updates and other relevant messages. You can turn off these push notifications at the device level through your settings.
Game Data Collection
Whenever you play our games, we may collect data about all of your interactions with the game and with the other players inside the game via server log files.
Other Collection
We may also acquire information from you through (1) your access and participation in message boards on the Service, (2) your participation in surveys regarding the Service or (3) your participation in sweepstakes or contest through the Service.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that we may transfer to your computer and/or device, to identify your computer/device and to "remember" things about your visits, such as your preferences or a user name and password. The information contained in a cookie may be linked to your personal information, such as your user ID number, for purposes such as improving the Service and making the Service easier to use. You can disable cookies at any time, although if you do you may not be able to access or use features of the Service.

Mobile Analytics
We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your device. This software may record information such as how often you use an App, the events that occur within the App, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the App was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the App.
Third-Party Services
We may provide your information to third-party companies to perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, e-mail delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing services.
Our services may contain third-party tracking tools from our service providers to enable them to collect and analyze user information on our behalf. The third parties may have access to information such as your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, locale, geo-location information, and IP address for the purpose of providing their services under their respective privacy policies. Our privacy policy does not cover the use of tracking tools by third parties.
Ad Networks
We may feature advertising within our Service. We do not actively share personal information with third-party advertisers for their direct marketing purposes unless you give us your consent. In order to provide you with one-click sharing service, some Apps have integrated Umeng+ U-Share SDK, which will collect your device identifiable information (such as IMEI/android ID/IDFA, etc.) and public information of social account in order to share information with a social account. For your information security, we have made data security confidentiality agreements with Umeng+, who will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. When you provide your consent, for example, when you agree to our sharing your information with other third parties to enable them to market their services to you directly. If you no longer wish to receive such communications from third parties, please contact that third party.
When we engage third parties to perform services on our behalf such as in connection with analyzing data and providing customer support. These agents and service providers may have access to your personal information in connection with the performance of services for the Company.
We may share aggregate or anonymous information about you with advertisers, publishers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties.

Access to Personal Information
If you wish to review or change certain information that we have about you, or wish to delete your account, please send us an email to the email of the certain game. We will endeavor to respond to your request within 30 days.
Personal information operation will include but not limited to:
· All game data that connect to your account will be deleted from servers.
· The account that you requested will be banned and all information about it will be removed.
We may not be able to change certain information, in which case you may need to delete your account and create a new one. In addition, we may retain certain information contained in deleted accounts for internal purposes.
Our Policy Regarding Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Service. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal information. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible as well as delete any associated accounts.
